Computerised production control

We can monitor all work in progress in real-time. Sophisticated software allows our operators to check the progress of work at any time.

Control is constant and global at every stage of the process: from the production of the raw material to the subsequent product transformation phases such as printing, die-cutting, glueing and palletising.

Punctuality and availability of information

Our fully-automated production system and state-of-the-art management software allow us to optimise the scheduling of work. In this way, we are always able to meet our customers' demands on time and, at the same time, we can provide all the information related to each order.

Ink-mixing system

Among our most modern technologies, we have an ink preparation plant in which each colour recipe is memorised and the dosage of each component is controlled via a central computer. This allows us to maintain consistent and repeatable ink quality against specifications, and to reproduce any Pantone colour to the satisfaction of our customers.

Large-format printing

We can print directly onto corrugated cardboard, even in large formats. The print quality is excellent and allows a considerable cost reduction compared to lamination processes.
